GILDARDO RÁBAGO FLORES (Socio Fundador).
Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C., dedicated to practicing his profession privately since 2000, focusing his legal practice exclusively on litigation in criminal matters.
He has studies on the System of Social Adaption and Prisons in Mexico, participating since 2008 in different forums and workshops for the Constitutional Reform on Criminal Justice and Public Security in Mexico.
In 2013 he participated in the workshop of the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, for the study and implementation of the Criminal Justice System of Accusatory, Adversarial and Oral Court in Mexico.
In 2014 he participated in the practical workshop of the National Institute of Criminal Sciences, for the application of the National Code of Criminal Procedures.
In 2017, he participated in the Oral Litigation Skills Academy in San Diego, California, taught by the California Western School of Law.
Speaker by invitation, in the classrooms of oral trials of the University Anáhuac del Norte, in the matter of criminal procedure practice in the new Criminal Justice System in Mexico and in the classrooms of the University Iberoamericana in the course of criminal theory.
During his professional career, he has represented leading companies in the field of telecommunications, mass media, national and international transport industry and construction, representing in Mexico a public Bank of the USA. Since 2008, he has represented accusations and defenses of physical persons and entities in the Accusatory, Adversarial and Oral Criminal Justice System in Mexico.
He participates as Pro Bono lawyer of the Gender Studies Program of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and as an advisor in the professional practices of the students of the Faculty of Law of the University Anáhuac del Norte.
Is a member of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados (BMA).
